May I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
About return& exchange:
We accept returns on most items for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the receipt. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.
The process before you send the product back:
You only need to send ([email protected]) an email to inform us of your return and the reason for the return.
If you want to exchange, please refer to the return steps, informing us that you want to exchange through email. Please place a new order of the item you want to exchange after you got the reply. The refund would be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
The requirement for products that can be returned:
– Your items must be unworn. No signs of wear or damage.
– Keep original packaging in the same condition when you received it. Include all tags .
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not throw away the receipt and send it back with your order.
– Please seal it in the bag when you return the product.
–Please return all pieces in the bodysuits together.
–For the full discount products, the refund will be based on the actual price paid when some products are returned.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your SENSESHE account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
SENSESHE doesn’t accept return or exchange when the pieces:
–Lingerie(include bras, panties, sleepwear, socks and tights) once sold ,will not be returned.
– Final Sale or Markdown Sale Items.
– Worn Items or Items damaged due to normal wear.
– No original packaging (include box and pouch).
The customer needs to bear a $20 return charge.
But if you want to exchange, we will only charge our customer once at most for a $20 return fee, which means we will not charge the shipping fee for your exchange product. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the result of your needs. If the request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically deduct the corresponding amount from your the original payment method. This process may take up to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of processing.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
– Please first recheck your bank account.
– Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
